Sometimes the real value of a brand isn't seen on the label alone.
It shows in the decisions it makes. In the way it treats people. In the causes it chooses to support. And in the mark it leaves behind.
Ten years ago RealFood started with a simple but important idea – to offer products we would, in good conscience, choose for our own family too. Over time that idea grew into something much bigger. Into a community of people who believe in quality, open communication, informed choice and looking out for one another.
For us, social responsibility isn't a separate campaign that shows up only on special occasions. It's a natural part of how we've been building RealFood for 10 years now.
Responsibility starts with listening
Any product can be made from a formula. But a truly good product starts with understanding.
Over the years we've learned to listen to the people who trust us – their questions, concerns, preferences and feedback. Because we believe a customer shouldn't simply accept a brand's ready-made decisions. They should be part of the conversation.
It's precisely thanks to that feedback that we keep creating products with a clean composition and no unnecessary compromises.
One of the clearest examples is RealFood's sweetener-free collagens. This isn't just a product decision or a marketing message. It's a response to a real need – for more and more people to know what they're taking, to avoid unnecessary ingredients, and to make a more conscious choice for their daily care.

An informed choice is care too
Access to a quality product matters. But access to reliable information is just as necessary.
In a world full of promises, complicated labels and conflicting claims, making an informed choice isn't always easy. That's why, over the years, RealFood has consistently focused on educational content, open communication and clear presentation of ingredients.
This mission found strong expression in the campaign “I am Bulgarian. I know what I'm choosing.”
Through it, we encouraged thousands of people not to choose their dietary supplements based on packaging, advertising promises or the lowest price alone. To read labels. To pay attention to the origin, composition and form of the active ingredients. To ask questions and look for information.
Because an informed consumer is a more confident consumer.
The campaign wasn't just a communications initiative. It was an extension of our belief that a good brand shouldn't tell people what to choose. It should give them enough reliable information so they can make the right decision for themselves.
Our blog is full of useful articles that can give you information on current topics related to collagen and beyond.
And on our Youtube channel, you can watch interviews with various experts – doctors, nutritionists, therapists and many others.
Small gestures can create big change
A community isn't built with words alone. It's built with actions.
Over the past 10 years RealFood has supported various charitable initiatives aimed at people, families and organizations in need of help.
We've donated products to elderly people in small towns near Sofia. For many of them, a gesture like that is not just practical support, but also a sign that they haven't been forgotten.
We've also taken part in Christmas causes, because holidays gain real meaning when joy is shared. That's exactly when a gift, a bit of support or a moment of attention can be so much more than a material gesture.
Not every initiative has to be large-scale to matter. Sometimes what matters most is simply the willingness to step in when someone needs you.
“Plant a Tree” – when a good idea keeps growing
Caring for people goes hand in hand with caring for the environment we live in.
With the “Plant a Tree” initiative we connected two important causes into one shared action. Every tree planted turned into a donation, and the personal gesture toward nature also gained social meaning.
That way, one small step turns into a double change – a greener space and support for a cause.
“Pay It Forward” – because good shouldn't stop
Some ideas don't end when a campaign does.
Through “Pay It Forward” we keep supporting people and organizations with various donation initiatives. The name of the cause itself carries the most important message – that good makes sense when it keeps moving forward.
One gesture can inspire the next. One act of support can spark another. A community can create change when the people in it believe that every action matters.
“Pay It Forward” is our way of reminding people that social responsibility doesn't belong only to big organizations. It belongs to everyone – brands, teams, partners and customers alike.
Support for families of children with autism
There are moments when care needs to be made more accessible.
When we receive a request from families of children with autism, we offer a special discount on the premium Rosita fish oil.
This is a long-standing practice that follows one of our core beliefs – that quality care should be more accessible to the people who need it most.
This support doesn't change everything. But sometimes it's exactly that small relief, at the right moment, that matters the most.
From product to community
Over the past 10 years RealFood has grown. We've expanded our portfolio. Created our own products. Built partnerships and reached thousands of people.
But behind every achievement stands something more important than numbers – trust.
The trust of the people who read labels and ask questions. Of the customers who share their feedback. Of the partners and experts who stand behind our shared mission. Of everyone who chooses RealFood and, in doing so, supports not just a product, but an entire way of thinking.
A way of thinking in which quality is never up for compromise.
In which open communication is a must.
In which reliable information is part of care.
And in which success means more when it lets you give something back.
10 years later, we keep going together
An anniversary is a reason to look back and remember the road we've traveled. But it's also a chance to look ahead to what we want to keep building.
For us, RealFood's future isn't just about new products and the next goals. It's about even more reliable information, more open conversations, more causes supported, and an even stronger community.
Because for 10 years now, we haven't just been growing together.
Together we're making informed choice more accessible. Together we support the people who need care. Together we're showing that a responsible business can be successful, human and consistent, all at once.
Thank you for being part of these 10 years.
