Proper storage is crucial for preserving the nutritional properties of the oil. Light and heat accelerate the rate of oxidation – when using the product, keep it away from direct sources of heat and sunlight. As soon as you purchase the oil, store it in the refrigerator if you intend to consume it relatively soon.

For longer consumption periods, unopened bottles can be stored in the freezer to extend their shelf life. Once opened, the oil is suitable for consumption within 2-3 months. When stored in the refrigerator or freezer, the liquid may become cloudy and thicken, which is normal. Before use, simply shake the bottle gently.

Liquid fish oil should be stored in a dark and cold place.
Shelf life varies depending on the type of storage:
in the freezer: 3 years;
in the refrigerator: 1 year;
after opening: 3 months.
