Deliveries in the country and Sofia with Econt:
The delivery price is charged according to the courier's fees.
For orders over 50€, you receive free delivery to an Econt office or Econtomat!
If you want your shipment to be delivered to a specific address, the delivery fee will be charged according to the courier's rates.
If the order is under 50€, the delivery fee will be charged according to the courier's rates.
Orders received on a working day until 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. If you place an order on Friday until 3:00 PM, it will be with you on Saturday (if it is to an Econt office)
Orders received after 3:00 PM are dispatched on the next working day.
How to order with delivery to an Econtomat?
When ordering from the website, select the delivery method "To an Econt office" and enter a convenient Econtomat for you;
Upon receipt, select the "Receive Shipment" button from the machine's home screen;
Scan the QR code or enter the two PIN codes on the screen;
Pay with a bank card through the Econt application or with ecoints, if the shipment is at your expense;
Take your shipment from the opened box and close it.
Deliveries with BoxNow:
You can now receive your RealFood order via a Box Now locker – fast, easy, and completely free. Once your shipment is delivered, you will receive a PIN code via SMS, Viber, or email, with which you can pick up your order from the selected locker at any time – 24/7, including Sunday.

✅ The shipment stays in the locker for up to 48 hours (with an option to extend for another 48 hours).
Important: For cash on delivery, the order must be paid online before it can be picked up from the locker.

When can I pick up my shipment?
Box Now lockers are available 24/7, which means you can pick up your shipment at any time, even on Sunday. Make sure to pick it up within 48 hours of delivery.
What should I do if I cannot pick up my shipment within 48 hours?
If you are unable to pick up your shipment within 48 hours, you can hold it for another 48 hours for free through the Box Now online platform. After this period, the shipment will be returned to the sender.
How do I track my shipment?
You can track your shipment through the Box Now online system. You will receive a tracking link in the message you will receive upon delivery of the shipment to a locker.
Can I redirect my shipment to another locker? Is this free?
Yes, you can redirect your shipment to another Box Now locker, including in another city. The service is completely free and can be done via the tracking link you will receive in a message (SMS, Viber, or email).
Is it possible for there to be a delay in delivery to a Box Now locker?
In rare cases, a delay of up to 1 day is possible if the selected locker is full at the time of delivery. In such a case, delivery will be made as soon as space becomes available.
