Back then, no one imagined what RealFood would look like ten years later.
There was one product, a lot of work, and a huge desire to do things the right way.
In 2016, we shipped our very first order.
Pavel, co-founder of RealFood, took care of everything himself – he maintained the website, took the orders, packed them, called customers to confirm, and sometimes even delivered them in person.
Today, he remembers that time with a smile.
"It was one big one-man show."
But back then, no one thought about how much the company would grow.

The Most Important Thing Was Never the Products
We asked Pavel and Kremena whether they'd ever thought about how many people start their day with RealFood.
First, they smiled.
"No… we've never thought about it."
And yet, it's a thought that carries a lot of meaning. Somewhere, every morning, someone stirs their collagen into their coffee. Someone else takes omega-3. A third person starts their day with their favorite RealFood product.
Being part of someone's daily life is a privilege.
But also a huge responsibility, because behind every order stands a person. And trust never comes with the first purchase. It's earned when that person comes back again.
"If a customer comes back a second, third, tenth time... it means we've done our job."
This is the thought that drove RealFood ten years ago. And it's the one that continues to drive us today.
From One Product to Over 30
If someone had told us in 2016 that ten years later RealFood would offer more than 30 carefully selected products, we probably would have laughed.
Today, that's already a reality.
It all started with Rosita fish oil. After that, proven brands from the USA, the UK, and Spain gradually joined the portfolio.
And one of our biggest dreams became reality when we created our own collagen product line, RealFood. Today, thousands of people associate the RealFood name precisely with collagen.
But for us, the most important thing was never just to create another product. We wanted to create a product we'd confidently recommend to our own family.
That's why Pavel says something that describes very well the way we work.
"Our portfolio isn't the biggest. But we choose every ingredient very carefully, so that at night we can sleep soundly knowing we sell real things."

Over these ten years, the team has grown. From one person, today we're almost ten.
We received various accolades, including awards at My Love Marks, recognitions from the National Awards Klasatsia.BG!, and certificates for our contribution to a healthy lifestyle.
But when asked what they're most proud of, Pavel and Kremena's answer had nothing to do with the awards.
It had to do with the people.
"We managed to build a community of health-conscious people. People who want to know what they're taking. They're curious. They ask questions. They take care of themselves." - Kremena, co-founder of RealFood.
That's the kind of recognition that comes with no trophy, but remains the most valuable.
The Next Chapter
Today, the world is changing faster than ever.

Pavel smiles when he says:
"Tomorrow someone will simply say: 'Hey, ChatGPT, order me some collagen.' And that will be the whole process."
And he's probably right.
The next ten years will be different.
