Cardisterol is a dietary supplement with an "Active Omega-3" formula, created with the health of the heart and circulatory system in mind.

The Active Cardisterol formula combines highly concentrated fish oil and key nutrients designed to support cardiovascular well-being. Each capsule contains 850 mg of fish oil, of which 425 mg is EPA – a fatty acid which, together with DHA, contributes to the normal function of the heart.


Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) helps protect cells from oxidative stress, and CoQ10 contributes to energy metabolism and the body's natural antioxidant processes. The formula also includes Quatrefolic® (active form of vitamin B9) and vitamin B12, which are involved in the normal metabolism of homocysteine.


Monacolin K, obtained from red yeast fermentation, as well as policosanol from sugar cane, supplement the product with nutrients that help maintain a balanced lipid profile.

Not recommended for people taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents – due to an increased risk of bleeding.

Why is proper nutrition important for heart health?

The health of the heart and blood vessels is closely linked to nutrition. Although there may be genetic factors that contribute to high cholesterol and triglyceride levels, diet also plays an important role.

It is recommended to reduce the consumption of saturated fats from red meat, chicken and chicken skin, sausages, and simple carbohydrates. On the other hand, it is recommended to increase the consumption of fish, especially oily fish, as it contains omega-3, which contributes to normal heart function.
