The most important characteristic of the clinically tested hyaluronic acid we chose is the special technology by which it is created. Thanks to it, the effectiveness of taking it becomes visible very soon after starting. Clinical studies on its quality have been carried out for years, they haven't stopped, and the data on its properties keep growing.
What do the study results show?
Over the years the technology has existed and been used, quite a few clinical studies have been carried out. The raw material we put into RealFood Collagen Complex has been analyzed both for the effectiveness of its regular intake and for its ability to stimulate the body's internal synthesis of the acid.
When the acid was tested for improving its natural synthesis in the blood, the results showed an increase in its blood concentration of a full 40.3% after 28 days of intake. The effectiveness study tested 60 women – 30 of them took the acid, while the remaining 30 received a placebo treatment. Various aspects of effectiveness were tested, and by the end of the study it was found that deep wrinkles in the women who took the acid had decreased by 18.8% compared to the others. Their skin was 10.6% more hydrated and 3.9% more protected against future dehydration. From a beauty-care standpoint, the acid also improved skin elasticity by 3.8%, and firmness (the skin's ability to resist pressure) – by 5.1%. We also expect results soon from tests comparing the performance of our acid to that of others.
