Rosita recommends putting your fish oil in the fridge before opening it for the first time.
Fish oil should be kept refrigerated to preserve its properties. Of course, before it reaches you, the bottle is not stored in a refrigerator or at low temperatures. Rosita assures that this in no way affects the quality of the product, since their patented extraction, storage and bottling technology protects the fish oil from oxidation (or rancidity) until the bottle is opened. That's why it's important that, when you open your fish oil, it is already “chilled.”
When you store the fish oil in the refrigerator (unopened bottle), its shelf life is one year; if you store it in the freezer, the shelf life is three years. After opening the bottle (when refrigerated), you have 3 months to enjoy your fish oil.
