Declaration of Consent with the Privacy Policy of REAL FOOD LTD

The protection of personal data and the safeguarding of the personal and financial information of our customers are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we process your information exclusively based on applicable legislation, specifically General Regulation 2016/670 (better known as GDPR ), the Personal Data Protection Act ( PDPA ) and the Electronic Commerce Act ( ECA ). Please review this declaration, in which we inform you about the most important aspects of REAL FOOD LTD's processing of your data (hereinafter referred to as We or the Company). In this declaration, we inform you about the most important aspects of the processing of your data on our website. It also informs you about the terms and legal grounds for collecting, processing, storing, using, destroying, and protecting your personal information, unless you explicitly give us your consent to do so.

What happens to your data after you contact us?

When you write to us through the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request, as well as to answer your subsequent questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!

Storage of your data

Please note that to facilitate the ordering and purchase process, as well as the subsequent execution of the contract with you, we store your IP address, as well as your name, address, email address, and details of the payment method you use, such as your credit card number.

The data you provide is necessary for us to fulfill our pre-contractual or contractual obligations to you. We do not provide this data to third parties, with the exception of:

– the payment processing service provider (bank, PayPal, ePay),

– the courier company with which we deliver your purchase,

– our accountant, and

- CloudCart Ltd., who is our data processor according to GDPR, and with whom we have the relevant contract.

For an uncompleted order, we retain the entered data for 30 days and reserve the right to periodically inform you of its status, and consequently, your options. For a completed order and a contract fulfilled by us based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letters (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we store all data related to the legal relationship until the expiry of the 10-year period provided for in Article 12 of the Accountancy Act ( AA ).
