  1. Organizer of the promotional game  

"Real Food" Ltd., UIC: 204692295, with registered office and management address: Sofia, p.c. 1404, Triaditsa region, Gotse Delchev residential complex, bl. 10E, entrance A, ap. 10, Bulgaria. 

  1. Period of the game 

 The game runs from 15.09.2025 to 10.10.2025 or until all available scratch cards and prizes are exhausted. 

  1. Right to participate  

All individuals over 18 years of age who have purchased 1 package of 400 g Hydrolyzed collagen RealFood or Collagen Complex are eligible to participate. 

  1. Mechanism of participation  

Every participant who has purchased Real Food 400g Collagen or Collagen Complex 400g immediately receives a scratch card and the corresponding gift upon purchase. All cards are winning. 

  1. Prizes  

6pcs Single dose collagen, 3pcs pocket mirror or 1 pc shaker. 

  1. Receiving prizes  

Prizes are received immediately after scratching the card at the time of purchase. The Organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged cards if the prize is not claimed immediately. 

  1. Rights and obligations of participants  

Participants are obliged to keep the card until the prize is received. The Organizer may refuse a prize in case of suspected fraud or abuse. 

  1. Rights of the Organizer  

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the game in case of force majeure. 

  1. Publicity  

The official rules are published on the Organizer's website: www.realfood.bg and are available throughout the promotion period.
