Game Rules

  1. ORGANIZER

The game "Win Collagen" is organized and conducted by Real Food EOOD, 204692295, with registered office at: Sofia, Gotse Delchev residential complex, bl. 10e, entrance A, apt. 10, hereinafter referred to as the ORGANIZER.

  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

2.1 The General Terms and Conditions will be available for the entire duration of the Competition.

2.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement the General Terms and Conditions, with the changes coming into force upon official presentation.

2.3 All those who have complied with the conditions participate in the Competition.

2.4 By participating in the Competition, the participant declares that they agree to the General Terms and Conditions.

  1. TERRITORY OF CONDUCT

3.1 "Win Collagen" is organized and conducted on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

  1. DURATION

4.1 The period of the Competition is from 11.10.2025 to 12.10.2025.

4.2 The ORGANIZER has the right to change the deadlines and inform about it.

  1. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

5.1 Any natural person of legal age residing in the Republic of Bulgaria has the right to participate.

5.2. Participation in the Competition is not conditional on the current purchase of any goods and/or services from the Organizer or third parties.

5.3. To register for participation in the game, the participant must fulfill: to indicate that they accept the general terms and conditions and to fill in their name, email, and phone number.

5.4. Participants agree that we may publish their initials (first letter of first and last name) or other corresponding information, as well as the names of their profiles on social media.

  1. MECHANISM AND DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES:

6.1 The game is organized at the "Women's Health Festival" event.

6.3 To participate in the game, the participant must fulfill the conditions: to indicate that they accept the general terms and conditions and to fill in their name, email, and phone number.

  1. The prize will be awarded at the end of the game and announced personally to the winner or on social media.
  1. PROCEDURE FOR RECEIVING PRIZES

7.1 The winner is selected by a random draw.

7.2 A representative of Real Food EOOD will contact the winner personally to clarify how to receive the prize.

7.3 The winner is not entitled to the monetary equivalent of the prize.

  1. LIABILITY

8.1 The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect information provided by participants in this game.

8.2 The decision to disqualify a participant is entirely up to the Organizer. The Organizer is not obliged to provide an explanation for the methods of determining an attempt or violation of the General Terms and Conditions.

8.3 The game does not in any way constitute gambling activity, in accordance with the provisions of the Gambling Act.

  1. PDPA

The Organizer of the game is a duly registered personal data administrator with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), and in turn takes measures for the protection of subscribers' personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

  1. PUBLICITY

By participating in this game, each participant agrees that, if determined to be a winner, their names may be used for the purposes of the campaign, namely the announcement of the winner on the Organizer's website and on its Facebook and Instagram profiles, for which the Organizer owes no payment.

  1. The ORGANIZER has the irrevocable right to terminate the game at any time, in case of violation of the rules, abuse, or force majeure circumstances.
